DAILY PRAYERS – Intercessory prayer for Ark volunteer staff, participants, and donors as we continue to serve while taking steps to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, prayers for the community FREEDOM initiative (youth suicide prevention), and Board members
PHONE AND EMAIL VOLUNTEERS – Can you or your group volunteer to help with prayer requests?
VETERANS NEEDS – guitars, ukuleles, autoharps (or funds) to donate to our Thursday veterans’ guitar class (practicing at home and at the Ark with social distancing)
HYGIENE KITS – masks, gloves, and travel size supplies for hygiene kits including hand sanitizer, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, washcloths, lotion, deodorant, and such. If you can’t find travel-size items, bring empty travel- purse- or pocket-size containers and/or large-size shampoos, sanitizer, liquid soap, etc. We’ll fill the smaller containers.
HOMELESS NEEDS – Men’s and women’s shoes of all sizes.
DEAF MINISTRY – Clear plastic face covers (not plastic visors) for participants who use lip-reading and facial expressions for communication. Even with sign language, lip-reading and facial expressions are important parts of what is understood.
