 The Ark of Faith is ran solely with volunteer staff and help from our programs recipients. Many people from different walks of life, various faiths, and all with varied talents are organized  in a non denominational setting to serve those that are in need.

 

 

Those seeking assistance for the first time are walked through the process step by step in an effort to ensure we fully understand their needs and provide them with as much information, encouragement  and as many services as possible.

  

 

Those participants returning for further assistance are asked to work one hour, before receiving assistance. Be it helping to fold clothes, washing off tables in the dinning room, checking dates on canned goods, sweeping the entry way, or any other small task that they are physically able and willing to do.

 

We ask for this assistance not to enslave anyone person, it is in an effort to free them. We all work side by side for the good of each other. Every volunteer hour helps us stay organized and focused on the reasons were open, to provide the basic needs to those in need. 

 

 

Because we simply can't help anyone if we are not open.
